I am certified and trained in Traditional Life Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Integrative Wellness Coaching (Business/Life/Wellness).

It is my lifetime of experience living a spiritual life and my training to focus in a helpful, building way that empowers me to help others who seek guidance along their paths.

Whether that be in the form of simple Q&A, figuring out more about your guides, or even getting help with developing your spiritual gifts, I’m available to assist.

Distance Coaching Sessions are generally 45-60 minutes each and can cover a variety of topics so take notes!

Having a way to keep notes for our remote coaching sessions can help a lot. You are always welcome to contact me prior to our session if you need help.

I generally respond to requests for service within 24 hours of placing the order.

I’m primarily available for Video Conferencing in the evenings, Central Time. Phone, email, and text are available during the day to balance this.

If you need earlier accommodations, please set them up with me prior to ordering. Please message me with the correct contact information to ensure a swift response.

Sessions* Are Live Through Google Hangouts, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Phone.

To schedule an appointment, simply contact me at least 2 days in advance of your desired appointment date. I am best available over the weekends, however, I am able to accommodate some evenings during the week.
