Carlos’s Spiritual Awakening Experience Part 1

Carlos's Spiritual Awakening Experience

Enter Carlos’s Spiritual Awakening Experience.

Carlos is a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.
He is also a Grand Source Faith Healer.

I have personally mentored Carlos in the healing arts.
I have watched as he has blossomed into an excellent energy healer.

His energy healing methods are his own.
The results speak for themselves.

These are his stories.

Part 1 – Carlos’s Reiki Attunement Experience

So I got my Level 1 Reiki attunement and I was blessed for Reverend Dixon to assist me. Sitting on the beach, clearing my mind, and allowing all to not only flow through me but be one with it.

I quickly noticed an increase in awareness. I simply took a deep breath and asked for special signs to present themselves.

That day, a baptism with 3 individuals all in white was blessed in the ocean.

The next day while standing in the ocean appreciating life and giving thanks for all, I look down and a school of baby stingrays glided above my feet with a random dragonfly and butterfly. On the third day, a sunset wedding.

Why am I saying this? It’s because of my new gift. Awareness!!

Sometimes in life, the everyday hustle is all full of distractions to take away from the beauty of what this world gives you. Take a moment, it doesn’t have to be very long.

A morning or on a lunch break, even at night. Sit out, take a deep breath, and clear the mind. Connect, release, and take it all in. The best thing for me is just releasing the day’s tensions.

For me, every day is a glorious day.

There is no bad day it’s a day of teachings or lessons. This is the start of my healing journey.

It’s not a new lesson for us healers, we are all just simply remembering what we once knew.

Love and Light

Rise above, there is no worry, we are all in this together.

My Top 5 Reasons To Seek Reiki Training

Reiki Reverend Reiki level 1 level 2 level 3 Master Course

There are still many people out there who are hesitant to seek Reiki training.

Whether it be for personal reasons, such as religious beliefs. Financial reasons, such as hardship. Even for reasons that are more professional, such as finding it to be ‘unnecessary.’

I thought it would be a good idea to help people make an informed decision when it comes to the many benefits of receiving Reiki training with a blog article.

Want to sign up for my new monthly Reiki and Coaching program? Check out the link at the bottom of this page.

1. Knowledge of Reiki and proper training are a great foundation for your energy healing practice.

When you are first starting out as an aspiring professional, or even as an established professional. Have a good foundation for your practice is paramount.

Being able to explain to your clients what you do and how you do it are the two biggest determining factors in building enough rapport to hold space for a session. Personally, I see this a lot when it comes to the many modalities I practice.

People simply want to know as much as possible about your practice before choosing you. This way, they can make an informed decision before receiving service or instruction. A foundation of in Reiki Training may be typical, but it is also what people will look for when it comes to identifying you as a professional energy healer.

2. You are able to carry yourself as a professional energy healer with accredited certification.

Having an accredited certification is what will set you apart from others when it comes down to the paperwork. Let’s face it. In 2018, it’s possible for anyone with a printer to pass certification to others and consider themselves an authority.

What accreditation does ideally, gives you a firm ground to stand on when people question the integrity of your certification. My courses are all accredited through the ACHH, as well as the WMA.

This alone helps tremendously when it comes to gaining my client’s trust, and could make the difference when it comes to you and your practice as a professional energy healer.

3. You may be able to network with your student peers, or even your teacher, based on your level and degree of study.

Ideally, when you being your Reiki Training, your teacher is already an established professional and has the proper resources and network to help you further your personal goals.

In many cases where they may be lacking in these categories, you are also able to find your student peers to be beneficial in furthering your network.

The best teachers are ones who are attentive to their students and help them gather additional resources to help them along on their healing journeys. I make myself as available as possible to many of my students just for this reason. I like getting to know them and have no issues connecting them to others who may be a good fit for their goals.

It’s a small world, one with many opportunities for growth. In addition to having connections with members of the ACHH/WMA, I am also connected with several successful members of the healing community. Often, I will use these connections to favor my students and help them to further their personal goals.

Where I may lack in knowledge, I bridge the connection to others who have whatever knowledge or experience my students are seeking at the time.

4. Reiki Training can easily cross over into other types of energy healing or holistic work.

Reiki is Universal. It can be used as a complementary therapy when it comes to other energy healing modalities. It’s also a great skill to have in the event that a client is unresponsive to your normal healing work.

When I began my journey as an aspiring energy healer, I used Reiki to grant me a stronger foundation. One that I could build on to best learn how to work with other types of energy healing. While I knew that my healing practice could be very effective in some areas, I also felt that I lacked the knowledge and experience to work with others professionally.

It wasn’t until I became a Reiki Master/Teacher that I began to gain the confidence necessary for me to further my personal energy healing practices.

5. It’s much easier to be consistent with your clients.

I left this last because of how impactful this can be on your practice. Have you ever worked on two separate clients, and been unable to define what you did, or how you did it for either of them?

Reiki is a very simple explanation for how energy healing works. I don’t believe I need to tell you that being able to properly explain yourself to others is one of the most important factors in a successful energy healer.

Reiki training gives you these tools in a very easy to administer package. To the novice, this can be paramount. To the experienced energy healers, this is more along the lines of something that may come as an “Ah-ha!” moment. What many people look past in the short-term is the ability to assess and reconstruct a successful healing session.

Having a set way to work on your clients, no matter how loosely based, will indefinitely grant you the necessary insight to isolate concerns with your practice, and correct them quickly and efficiently.

Once you have a set way to practice that works for you and your clients, you can easily explain it to others, and help them gain valuable insight and learn how to heal themselves or others as well.

This list is not by any means the end-all-be-all, but it is intended to help.

Do you have anything to add to this list? Be sure to tell us in the comments below.

Spiritual Guidance: A Lesson on Energy – A Means Past An End

Quantum-Energy-Spirit-Fractal

Spiritual Guidance – A Blog Series by: Reiki Reverend, Ph.D.

In-depth yet light-hearted spiritual guidance, general spiritual advice, and discussion based on different ways for you to enrich your spiritual awakening process.

A Lesson on Energy: A Means Past an End

The end, a plane of thought known only to some as the realm in which there is no more.

A place of being that consists of a checkered flag, a handshake, and you guessed it… even more. Sometimes that ‘more’ is a clear next step, other times it can lead to a metaphorical or physical wall. How can you learn to work with your willpower when you are unable to see the next step clearly? You transcend it.

You begin allowing your mind/body/spirit to become more. You train, discipline yourself to understand that no matter what happens to the body, the mind will continue in consciousness through the spirit. This is the core matter of energy.

Energy: Fuel for the fire

The inner fire that kicks up from within us and begins to bellow. Propelling our spirits, and inflating our lives with a bit of hot air and motivation.

This motivation comes from within.

The inner chamber of thought that allows for you to be at your best. Sometimes it takes us knowing about that, “bit more than we think that we have,” to achieve better results. As beings of Source (emanations of the Eagle, children of the Great Spirit, heir of your bloodline), we can do much more than what we allow ourselves to think. This is because we know deep within this realm of thought that we ARE HERE, and will continue to be.

That our powers for growth are limitless, and our consciousness must live on.

Energy: A Source of Power and Triumph

Without this simple guiding line, fueling our very cores from bones to air, our way of life would not exist.

Look within.

You hear that phrase a lot, but what does it really mean?

Well, from the perspective of energy it actually means a lot. We are constantly providing our bodies with energy by eating and even absorbing sunlight to a degree. We are using that energy in many different ways that commonly go unseen or unnoticed. Namely, our abilities to transform or transmute energy into different forms.

Commonly, this could be from solid to liquid or gas, but if you think of it from a different perspective, our abilities to transmute energy also affect our motivation.

With empathy, we are constantly receiving energy from the emotions of others. If we can safely transmute or digest that energy, then it becomes easier to manage. However, by allowing the energies of others to affect our spirits, properly working through the energies may be more difficult.

Normally, we don’t contemplate motivation as a means of transmuting energy. Looking at things differently, motivation is actually one of the strongest forms of potential energy we can acquire with minimal effort. Only thought.

Speaking of thought, there are also multiple ways to look at energy from the mental perspective. There are even natural methods of working with thoughts such as NLP, coaching, and talk therapy.

These are just ways to use our thoughts to better work with our lives and the world. Taking the time to work on yourself in a way that honors your path is the best way to find what works for you. Understanding different ways to progress, and using different ways to achieve that progress are what can provide us with the greatest tools.

For The Best Results, Please Use Responsibly

Too much of anything can quickly sap you of your power, and thus the Bodhi teaches moderation.

This force in which not only grants us life and liberation from an ‘end’ can only stretch as far as we allow.

“When we refuse to take responsibility for our ability(or inability) to commit own energy to actions, we are consciously allowing ourselves to let go of our control over the resolution within ourselves.”

Reiki Reverend

Consider these questions for insight as you meditate on the quote above:

Did you really need that unhealthy meal to celebrate a workout or healthy choice?

Did you really need to relive the trauma of your past to heal from the karma heal or feel a sense of progress?

Some people do have a personal need for this, but in most cases others only need to re-frame and experience or process the events differently.’

Do you have to place others before yourself at all times in order to feel as if you are on your way to success?

Are there things that you practice, or people that you meet within in daily life that you feel should have been released or let go of some time ago?

What is holding you back from either letting these things go or accepting their current place in your life?

Are these things currently taking away your energy or comfort?

Learning how to accept the simple truths or facts within our setbacks or problems can help us develop ways to work with these hardships to transmute them into goals on your path to personal accomplishment. By taking your setbacks and using them to create goals, you can also gain valuable insights by working from a different perspective.

Sometimes this knowledge can lead you to think of how to work to a better outcome, other times it can simply help yourself to work through problems productively or methodically.

Energy For Healing

We can connect to energy without understanding it because of our connection to it as living beings. We are already energy workers in our own respects. To live and breathe, is to understand the essence of Reiki in mind and body. Once aligned in spirit with an attunement, we are able to heal more effectively.

Energy can be thought of as many things, but at the end of the day, it simply IS. We work with it daily even though its inner mysteries continue to elude us.

Energy is known to exist, even though it is not as easy to be fully understood or realized. We KNOW its truth without speaking it, we use it without realizing it. This can also be said of energy healing. While we don’t completely understand its methods scientifically, we are aware of its healing effects and abilities to assist the body and more.

When we allow ourselves to pursue a path of healing, it can affect our energy in many different ways. It can be a great means to achieving empowerment.

Harmony in Light/Dark – As Recorded on Spreaker

Light

Want to listen to this blog instead?
Check out my recording of this article from my Spreaker Podcast: A Healer’s Musings

What is your next big step with developing yourself and your spiritual practice?

For me, it was looking for a way to help others discover Spirit and find their Light.

This was the major goal I had for myself when I started this path. For me, that meant learning how to push through everything that had broken me down before. A way to heal and use my experiences to help others heal.

For those of you who have been curious about who I am behind the screen or speakers, let me take a moment to introduce myself. I do this in hopes to inspire others to do the same.

“Beginning my journey in spirit from a young age, I’ve always dedicated myself to furthering my studies for the purpose of helping others develop in spirit. This path would not be trekked easily though, and definitely not without hardship or sacrifice.

I would experience many lessons during early life that would shape me into someone capable of compassionate leadership and grace. I was commonly misunderstood by my peers for having a different view of the world. I would befriend people from various walks of life, speaking what wisdom was gifted to me by Source to anyone who would hear me.

While this got me far more attention that I would have liked (being called weird, being shunned and outcast from the ‘popular crowd,’ even being bullied and neglected by my peers), it also granted me valuable experience in public relations.

My beliefs in a broader spectrum of thought and existence were one that would be wrought with mixed understanding. Put simply, the kids my age just didn’t get me, and those who did had no idea what to do with me because of how old I was.

I had the air of a philosopher by age 12 and was quickly aspiring to be a great counselor or psychologist by the time I finished high school. I studied Psychology at Delaware State University because I believed that by understanding the mind, I would be able to help others unlock their potential to develop within Spirit. This would only be one aspect of my path, however.

Months into my college career, I would develop serious issues with anxiety and fatigue that would force me to leave my studies prematurely. Lost, and without that greater knowledge I sought to help others on a deeper level, I began to grow tired of the place I once called home. It just didn’t sit right with me to stay there and allow myself to slowly deteriorate as I pondered the trials and tribulations that brought me to that point.

Instead, I looked towards developing the mental discipline and leadership skills in a way that I felt only the military could provide. I knew that this was my way of meeting an end that constantly seemed to elude me. Before shipping out to Basic Training for the United States Air Force,  I would be guided to meet the first of many spiritual mentors who would lead me to a fated meeting with my first Reiki Teacher during a weekend event in Pennsylvania.

I was introduced to Reiki in a way that was so elegant and simple that it quickly attracted my attention. It would be during my attunement to Reiki, that I was granted a vision of my future within its Light. I would stay in the Air Force for a short time before falling victim to more health issues. This time depression would accompany the anxiety and fatigue I had hoped were long-gone.

At the time, I had no major support network. I was away from all that I once knew, and many things had changed within me during my service. I realized that I knew nothing of who I was anymore or why I was even on my path anymore. I was truly in the wilderness of my mind, grasping at whatever I could to hold onto my life.

Fallen, and feeling hopeless, it would be the call of Spirit that would reignite my desire to continue to push forward. It showed me in ways that one day I would be shown an even greater Light, and that I would stand stronger than I had ever been before. That I would begin in full force, the path from the vision. I knew little of the miracles of Reiki at the time, but I felt a pull to continue walking down that path.

In my heart, I felt that it would be my compassion for others that would grant me my greatest healing and help me release this doubt and worry. I would spend quite some time in Texas shortly after leaving the military.

It would be there that I would begin recovering my facilities, learning what I could about Reiki and the old ways of Spirit, as well as receiving my attunement to Reiki 2. I was attuned to the level of Reiki Master for the first time in September of 2014 after a major shift would guide me from Texas, back to my home in Delaware, to Montana on what would be a great trip, and finally to Colorado.

I received my attunement through a video by Steve Murray as quite some time had passed since I had found a Master to train me, but the call of Spirit is ever persistent. I had already begun to feel stronger, but I feared the opinions of my peers for “taking the quick path to mastery.” So I would keep this accomplishment to myself until I felt unequivocally that I had indeed achieved a state of mastery with myself.

I studied diligently from that point on, reading, watching, and practicing Reiki whenever I could. Being attuned to the various levels again by different Masters as my spirit felt was necessary. It would be July of 2016, after a second Master attunement from my current Reiki Master, as well as a third attunement performed by myself and the Deva of Reiki in meditation, that I would feel a sense of completion with my initial training with Reiki.

To me, mastery is simply a completed step on the path to deeper understanding. Days after receiving my final attunement, I would begin to be gifted with the knowledge of healing and practice during my meditations, that I now refer to as Hakuyama (Spacial Cleansing) Reiki.

I’ve been a Reiki practitioner now for over 9 years. From humble beginnings in a campground in Pennsylvania to the many opportunities placing me in several different states across much of the United States, I am known to have worn quite a number of different hats. Now I move for the guidance and well-being of others as well as the development of the Light that lives within us all.”

I am also a Healing Minister as you all know. I received my credentials through the Universal Life Church in Modesto, California. This title and what it carries has left me feeling in somewhat of a vulnerable position compared to other practitioners of my kind.

I have found it pretty difficult to put both of our feet on the table, lean back into the couch, and just RELAX.

Being yourself as a minister, your true self, is one of the hardest things for some of us to do. To bare yourself, in all of your essences, to an entire crowd of people who rely on your words and even actions to some degree is not only an extremely difficult challenge, yet it’s also why some don’t last very long in my profession.

In trying to be the ‘ideal’ Minister, I felt that I must constantly be aware of myself and who I portray myself to be. Over time, I’ve found this very taxing. It’s why a while ago in a conversation with a respected peer, I decided that it was best to drop this idea of being the ‘ideal’ Minister, and just be myself at all times.

It is this type of dogma that I personally want to transmute by writing this blog and sharing my story. I want to show you all how to be yourselves while continuing to grow as Lightworkers and Healers.

So allow for me to speak to you all in a manner most consistent with who I am on the inside; A dude.

A blade of grass in this massive world that exists not only for my own aims, but to be a part of the collective. To be one with ALL of existence. How does one do this most simply, but by simply being what I have always been? A dude.

I don’t want to bore any of you with poetic rhetoric or even uncommon dialogue, so let me speak simply.

The moment when you realize that you can be EXACTLY who you are when you are with friends and family, in front of those we call our Soul Tribe of Lightworkers, or even the general public AND continue to work in a manner consistent in the Light, that’s when true progress can be made with standing in your full power.

Now some of you may think that this is a tall order, something too difficult to accomplish because of one reason or another. Today, I’m here to tell you that YOU CAN!

Light And Dark:

When we think about these aspects exclusively, there’s going to be separation, anxiety, maybe even resentment or guilt. Why is that?

Why are these two concepts so foreign to each other, and yet so necessary for each other to exist in their greatest respects? This is because of something called cognitive dissonance.

Cognitive dissonance is when there are inconsistent thoughts, attitudes, or beliefs. Basically, everything that causes us to believe that something is foreign, different, or even unique in its own respect. It’s our perceptions at this point that make these things so abstract as they begin to relate.

We simply don’t want to admit that not only do we need light to be light because of dark, but the opposite holds true as well. We need dark to be dark because of light.

When you are in the grocery store, are you not looking for the best experience ever?

On the shelves, you notice all kinds of lights and darks. ‘Bad foods,’ ‘good foods,’ fruits, snacks, even those things in between like over the counter medicine.

Some of these things may be completely unnecessary for your growth and development as a person, but let me ask you this? Would you have noticed all of those ‘bad’ or ‘good’ things had they not taught you something valuable to think of them like that?

We need our bad ‘apples’ just as much as our good ones. We need our multivitamins just as much as we need the money we save by buying them instead of the fruit and vegetables that they’re based around.

If we stop looking at the groceries for a second and start looking onto ourselves, we’ll notice that sometimes you’re angry at the person teaching you a valuable lesson the hard way (as universally prescribed), and sometimes we are ourselves that ‘bad’ person teaching someone else out of Love.

Being a Lightworker doesn’t have to mean being holier-than-thou at all times, some Lightworkers understand this and are very quick to tell you exactly what’s on the 11 o’clock news regarding your life and situation.

It’s all about a choice. It’s all about serenity; Serenity in making the choices we make on a moment to moment basis.

Don’t Sell Your Product, Sell Your Secret Sauce

Reiki Reverend Quote Don’t Sell Your Product Sell Your secret sauce Don’t Sell You Show Your Value

Don’t Sell Your Product, Sell Your “Secret Sauce!”

– A Business Coaching Blog by: Reiki Reverend, Ph.D.

I gave a student of mine a writing assignment on this quote for a business coaching session that was a part of her Reiki lessons.

She was doing tarot readings in-between her primary work and her lessons as an income-hobby that could help her achieve larger goals with the right audience to market for her spiritual business later.

The problem she quickly ran into with marketing her psychic readings is that she was having difficulty marketing to her target audience.

For those who don’t know, marketing and business in psychic readings can be very competitive due to the constant demand for both the cards and readings. Because of this, it can be very stressful for anyone starting out.

Even more, if you want a large enough audience to begin developing a sustainable income.

As I explained to her, there is always a way to diversify your services from others. As long as the differences are understandable and relatable, this can happen easily.

From there, you can retain more people by choosing to personally engage with them in a way that best helps them get to know you and your brand.

I had channeled an interesting quote after our coaching session and shared it with her as well as some questions for an assignment.

“Which parts of this quote resonate most with you?”
“How would you frame this in a way that works best for what you do?”

“Don’t Sell Your

Product,

Sell

You.

Don’t

Sell

“You,”

Show Your Value!!!

I shared the quote, knowing it may have been a bit cryptic, to help her naturally develop her own type of mindset as to how she could naturally acquire new clients.

Some people understand business as math. In spiritual business, this almost always equals a bad experience when paired with how people would engage with you for business.

How well do you know your favorite Udemy Instructor or Youtube personality? Are they the type to post most of their content about their field, business, life, or all of them?

Are you more likely to go back to a teacher who only offered you light reading and a piece of paper (or bits of data) that simply states that you read the material and emailed them to let them know?

What of energetic exchange? Are you or your client receiving equal parts to your perception of the work you do?

For psychic readings, do you just skip over people who ask for a message over someone who just pops in with money?

My life on the way to this point in time was very challenging.

I was constantly being pressured, pushed, guided, and sometimes what felt like teleported to the next person, place, or lesson in ways I couldn’t identify for years.

I couldn’t handle enough to feel safe enough to breathe, let alone think about why until much later in life.

When I did, it gave me an opportunity for growth that may not have been met honorably without the hardship.

The details can be captivating, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it made for a great story thanks to the perspective I have for it in the now.

Some of you right now may be curious enough to read about some parts of my life through present eyes.

So why NOT shape your story, or even perspective, in a way that could benefit a part of the marketing process for services?

Talking about your hardships, struggles, and even challenges can show people that you are passionate and mean business.

That you have met and endured what was placed before you on this spiritual path. Choosing to use what you have been through as a tool for growth.

Experiences that could easily keep you thinking about what wisdom or skills you have to offer others.

On the inside, knowing that what you were doing for others can personally feel as if it could never be placed at a monetary value.

Why Do We Sell Spiritual Gifts As Services, What Kind Of Spiritual Services Should I Sell, And Why Is My “Burger” Any Better Than Dave’s?

Why do we sell spiritual gifts as services?

We sell our time that we spend using our gifts because we’re worth it.
As an individual who was born here from the world of spirit to live.
As a partner, mate, or family member.

While this is a truth that resonates differently with some than others, our survival on this planet matters to the whole of humanity. So does the energetic importance of the work that we do both as practitioners.

We ask for money to have our work be known as ours, respected for what it is, and seen by all that it can reach.

To do all manners of spiritual work solely as a charity would likely cause it to either find a way to this place again naturally or be released logically for something that can return what finances, time, or effort was put into your work. Most generally, it’s something that can help pay for the mandatory costs of life not necessarily universally covered by Spirit’s plan.

There will always be people in this world who would quickly dismiss the thoughts of receiving impactful work for absolutely nothing.

While it’s possible to work this way anyway in solidarity, it is not so practical when it comes to common life.

One opinion I have commonly seen vocalized is very understandable.

We do this work for free because our breath is free, we give our energy to channel freely because our life and connections to the channels are free.

Well, when you’ve been using money that you could have put towards other goals into learning how to do something such as energy healing it can be quite costly.

Also what tends to go unseen is time you may be spending doing free work when there are needs that must be met for the house or in some cases your children.

Eventually, there will come a time when you realize that if you are to work for free, you must sustain a living for yourself and your family. If you want to work with Spirit as a 24/7 lifestyle, this thought may come sooner.

In my opinion, there should never be any shame placed towards anyone’s pursuit of happiness that seeks to harm none.

What kind of spiritual services should you sell?

Each generation growing in a way that will always be similar to the former, but constantly evolving from the place they started in.

So, why reinvent yourself, or even the foundations for the methods you use?

If your method for practice, marketing, or even sales already works, just keep working at it until you feel like it is most in alignment with who you are as a person.

No need to rush yourself into a radical approach, or even create too much change for your audience. Be yourself every step of the way, and let the rest speak from your actions.

Finally, your “burgers,” or quality of service, being better than Dave’s is really up to what you consider better.

Anyone who is content with their business could tell you how successful their business is with or without giving you numbers if they’re happy about it.

What gives the success of each business so much diversity is within the perception of the owner.

Use that same perception as a tool to help others see why your “burgers” are better and market with that. From here, it’s not about what you do, but about who you wish to naturally attract and keep as an audience.

Instead of making a business about your product or service, let it be about what really matters.

Let it become a reflection of your journey for others to see, feel, or simply experience.

That’s The Secret of The “Secret Sauce.”

What’s in your “secret sauce”?

What tools, tips, or advice would you like to receive for your spiritual business?

Healing Personal Power

Quantum-Energy-Spirit-Fractal

Our personal power, in all its glory, can come from a variety of places and manifest itself in a variety of ways….

We’re all familiar with the term inner fire or personal power. That amazing feeling of having it all together; like we’re on top of the world and nothing can stop us. Well, what happens when life circumstances diminish this power?

What happens when we lose sight of how to get it back?

As we involve ourselves in many endeavors, tackling this mystique of existence, there is a common understanding that sometimes things just happen.

Sometimes, these things are unavoidable, and cannot be solved normally. During these times, our power is taxed. Utilized through any potential way possible to further our goals and aims.

After some time, and many things manifesting themselves in our lives as hurdles or obstacles, we are brought to an unforeseeable inevitability. That at some point, our personal power will wane to a point where our only decision throughout the day is to simply BE.

Lighted Matchstick on Brown Wooden Surface

In earnest, this is not so bad of a place. It is here that we are current with our Understanding. of whatever situation we may find ourselves in. We are within a pocket of time.

This time exists as much mentally as it does physically. It is our home of deep thought and contemplation, our sanctum where we become hardened to everything else around us.

This means of protection must be temporary however, as it takes much power to maintain it and if we do not face our problems and begin to walk outside of this plane of thought, we will quickly become sapped of all energy and life can soon become rather meaningless to continue living.

After all, who in their proper way of thinking simply wishes to live their days waking, walking, and sleeping?

So, what happens when you’re stuck? What happens when you simply cannot leave this place that was once a sanctum to pool your thoughts and ideas safely? This is when it is time to seek a power greater than yourself.

If you are unable to walk in your personal power by yourself, you will need the help of another to pull you out of your place of comfort and into a place of non-ordinary reality.

This reality is where will is dominant and your thoughts don’t just become your reality, they ARE your reality. From this place, it is possible to heal personal power and rise again to meet vibrations with your higher self.

Perhaps within your sanctum, you held big ideas for your future that you feel are far from becoming reality. Perhaps in this space, you decided to hide from what was facing you until you were ready to challenge and defeat it. These things matter little when your power is all but used up, and many things know this.

This is why energy management is paramount.

This is why we eat, sleep, and exercise.

Brown Bird on the Tree Branch

Constant vigilance and maintenance of your energy is key to learning to master how and when to utilize the fullest extents of your personal power. Without the wisdom of these ideals, it will be very difficult to conquer your obstacles and rise to your fullest potential.

Just for today, take inventory of yourself for all that taxes your personal power and assess whether or not you are able to manage yourself properly. If not, then it is simply time to seek help.

If you choose to remain in this space for too long, there is a chance that you will not only fall victim to illness, but there is an even more ominous possibility of you permanently losing your connection to your personal power.

Tread wisely, and walk with bare feet on the warm and giving Earth.

Transforming FEAR Into Personal Power

Spiritual Guidance - On The Nature of Lightning

FEAR:

I’ve got it, you’ve got it, everyone faces it at some point. It’s an inevitability that crosses the hearts and minds of every living thing on this planet.

How do you deal with fear? That’s what I’m going to be talking about today.

Fear isn’t one of things ‘little’ things that you can simplify as a speck of dirt on an otherwise clean floor. It’s also not as expansive as a world on the brink of war. These things do not make up fear.

Fear, is what results from these things.

Fear, is only the reaction to a situation or event that is seemingly difficult to manage. When we experience fear, is it because we broke Mom’s favorite dish, or is it because we are anticipating a negative consequence from breaking that dish?

You see, it’s that perception or even plausible knowledge (understanding) of the negative, that causes us to experience fear. It can walk past us on the streets, meet us in the bed sheets, and follow us around for virtually the rest of our lives. In fact, it will if we allow it to.

That is to say if we allow for that fear to be fear by its most primal definition. Fear can be experienced in other ways as well. When you do something amazing for the first time when you think that you’re about to succeed, even when you lay your child down at night after a long day. These ‘fears’ aren’t really scary thoughts at all.

They’re just markers for a transition between where you were in time, to where you want to be or where you will be. So how do we transform fear? How do we turn that force that generally works against us, to work with us?

How do we transform it to BECOME our power?

It’s simple, but you may not believe how simple it is at first. Stop being ‘afraid’ of fear, and learn how to use it to become a better version of self. Instead of taking it as a marker for an imminent obstruction or blockage, begin to see it the other way.

Begin to look at it as a marker, for a transition between where you were in time, to where you want to be or will be.

When I lay my children down for the night, yeah, I’m afraid that they’ll stay up and possibly hurt themselves wandering or rolling around; That I’ll have to stay up with him until he’s ready for bed. But you know what? I use that fear to get motivated.

I tell myself this: “If they do stay up, then I guess my day with them isn’t over yet. I’m just going to have to live with that in the best way I know how, and use the experience to grow stronger in whatever way possible.”

Now for those of you who don’t know, this isn’t something that’s very easy to say to yourself at times. Some days as a parent that bed really calls you, and all you wanna do is sleep.

Have you ever felt like that?

That real desire for sleep that’s so strong? It doesn’t matter how you get there, you just know it’s coming.

That’s the anticipation for a probable outcome. It’s also the second key for transforming your fears into your personal power.

I know, beyond any doubts, that on days like that, my sleep IS gonna come and it WILL be glorious 😊 I also know that my day is gonna be a bit shorter because of the time I spent awake, but that’s not my focus.

On days when life is a bit rougher than normal, my perception of time gets really small.

I’m not focused as much on what’s gonna happen the next day, sometimes not even the next hour.

Only the next few moments coming after the one I’m dealing with.

On the days when it’s really bad, I isolate the minutes or seconds.

There’s a saying in Reiki, “Just for today.” It’s a part of the principles we’re taught to use to our highest benefit. Well, there are times when I modify that to a more minute sense. “Just for this moment.” When I do this, that’s when fear isn’t even something that exists for me.

I know that when one of my children are crying and I need to attend to them, there isn’t anything that’s gonna stop me from doing just that.

At that moment I have NO FEAR compared to an hour from the time when I know I’ll be dead tired, or the next day when the night catches up with me. I’m only concerned with the moment, and at that moment, I KNOW that I don’t even have the time to be afraid.

You don’t need children to apply this knowledge, all you need is the right motivation.

Where is that fear trying to move you away from? Where is it leading you? Finally, where do you want to go versus where that fear is trying to make you go?

At the moment, you may not even have time to think of all of this. Especially if you’re worried about making it to work after being late so that you don’t get fired.

Fear is a construct of our perception of the future. Only by living in the present can we bypass this perception, and if we must perceive the future of that moment, then we do so in a way that aids and assists our immediate priorities.

Thank you all for reading.

Life After Reiki 3

Reiki Reverend Reiki 3 Training Course

Life After Reiki 3

So, you’ve “mastered” Reiki and can now consider yourself among those who have demonstrated their understanding of the Reiki Principles and practice either through commitment, discipline, or by simply being a part of Reiki.

What now?

When I tell others that there are many different energy healing techniques aside from Usui Reiki, the responses are mixed between excitement and disbelief. I can go on to say that these techniques also have unique energy and skill levels that can determine what type of technique you heal with, learn, teach, and/or attune to.

Some of these techniques even REQUIRE or advise strongly for students to have a mastery of Reiki in order to pursue in earnest, the prospect of learning past Reiki 3 can seem like a whole new world.

When you place that in the perspective that some energy healing teachers will not recognize lessons from another teacher, the idea of learning other healing techniques could seem rather daunting. Attach this to the ‘internet of things,’ with a flurry of opinions mixed with experience and wisdom, and it’s quite possible that even learning Reiki online may have made it a bit confusing to learn energy healing at all.

The desire to strengthen our capacity to heal is just as inherent as our will to heal ourselves and others. Is it even necessary to learn more healing techniques after Reiki mastery?

First thing’s first…

Let’s address this occasionally popular idea that somehow Reiki may be inferior to other forms of healing. Not only because of its close-minded nature as a premise but also in its logic and rationale.

When we tap into the universal life force, an ever-growing and developing a frame of energy that can work collectively as a mind. To experience the healing from the universal life for with methods like Reiki, the effects can both comfort like a warm embrace, and wash away unclean energy like currents in an ocean.

There is no thought of its limit, there is only the universal life force. When you understand that within each fold of a multiverse, there is still a governing universe, there can be no limit to what was and will inevitably be known as one.

In honesty, any confusion that could be seen lies within the simplicity of Reiki’s technique. It’s lessons gently guide one to understand the universal life force. What it may not do in its finest capacity is help one grasp the many different concepts that can emerge from Reiki’s lessons. I have found that attempting to learn another healing discipline after Reiki is a lot easier to do than before I studied, and once I have learned another technique I have no problems with simply channeling Reiki instead. This Reiki is different however, as it takes on the subtitles of the other technique as well.

Over time as I adapted different healing techniques to my practice, it would help shape what I like to call my “healer’s instincts and logic.” The core elements that allow a healer to channel deep healing sooner. Having a keener insight to work with someone’s concerns and being able to understand a root cause sooner.

Let’s get back to my answer for this burning question. What could you do after Reiki 3?

Well, the answer’s about as simple as being a college graduate after you walk the podium.

Do you remember your reasons for beginning your studies? Some practitioners take years to acquire Reiki 3, if you fall into this category I would suggest looking for anything relevant to your practice in the now while meditating on any ideas you had previously forgotten about.

Notebooks, drawings of the Reiki symbols, anything. Use what you find to start coming up with clues or memories, sometimes working with the materials again can inspire new thoughts as well.

Your next steps can be as simple or as complicated as you want. Do you want professional recognition with a company (such as the IARP or the RHA), or would you prefer to simply start your own company and build your own brand?

Do you want to pursue your studies further, or simply meditate on this amazing achievement in your life?

It may not seem like it, but as a Reiki Master, your options are now more open than they were for practicing in the health and wellness field. Shop around for opportunities that can complement your current career path, or even guide you down a new path. You never know what you may find.

I personally offer courses on various healing modalities to help you expand and develop along your healing journey. Some of them include techniques to complement Reiki like Imara Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Blue Star Celestial Healing, Karuna Ki, and more) . If you have any questions, please leave me a message.

Consultations are always free.

Illusions and Manifestation

Reiki Reverend One Card Angelarium Oracle Card Reading

An illusion is a perception that translates as an error in judgment from your senses or even something that is likely to be inaccurately assessed by the senses.

At first glance, an illusion can seem straightforward. Just a misinterpretation or misconception of the senses. The fun comes when we attempt to isolate the illusion to a specific form or group of forms that it can encompass.

Everyone is familiar with how the illusion of an oasis works.

From a distance, it may be very easy to think that the oasis in the desert is real, but at any point on the approach, the mirage will fade and reveal nothing but sand.

Well, what about those times where this isn’t the case, and where does conscious creation come into this?

If we can fathom the oasis, then why can’t we fully manifest it? And if an oasis like that can trick the senses into thinking it’s real, then what makes this world so real?

These answers are simple, at least at first. When we want something badly enough, we can create it.

Even if it’s just in our minds.

Now, what if I told you that sometimes, just sometimes, that thing we want badly enough can activate the senses in the same manner as the ‘real’ thing. That your experiences in this situation, then become a bit more real. Where’s the line between what’s real for that person versus the global perception of reality?

“The only thing that will always remain true for an illusion is your faith, or lack thereof, in its ability to manifest as reality. Write this down in your mind and save it. “

When the lines that form these borders begin to fade, there is no difference aside from faith. At this point, if there is an illusion of something you want in your life that’s not able to manifest into reality, it’s time to start asking yourself some questions.

“Why, how, and when? Why am I unable to manifest what I want, how am I going to change this, and finally, when am I going to start?”

I’ll tell you why these questions are so important.

When we look into what we’re trying to manifest, is it for selfish gain?

Are we really going to take that huge chunk of our first big manifestation of abundance and share it with the world?

What is it all REALLY going to be used for?

How then, are we going to rephrase or re-frame that message to the universe to really make it happen in the best way possible, for all of us to enjoy?

After all, we all know that one trick to manifestation is that if we allow for ourselves to be in a place of giving that abundance or giving back what we can of what we wish to manifest, then we’ll constantly receive it to give back to others.

To wrap things up, I want to speak briefly on when to start WORKING towards what we’re trying to manifest.

In an “I’ll do it tomorrow” kind of world, we need to be perceptive of what we’re doing at all times to manifest what we’re trying to work towards.

The operative word is work.

Now for some, there is not much that really can be done but to allow for time and space to meet. However, I caution those of you who may believe that you’re in this category against such thinking.

Not doing anything, not even thinking about doing anything, can hinder down your ability to manifest by a great deal.

Imagine your fortune, right behind a door that you just need to open. Note the syntax. At no point did I mention you not doing anything to receive. More to the point I’m trying to make, this is the closest I feel anyone should get to not doing anything.

Have you ever posted a message stating, “Willing to receive 1 million dollars,” and actually expected it?

All elements of manifestation are vital to the manifestation. It’s only as strong as its weakest links.

If you wanted 1 million dollars, but you only expected 100 dollars, then it should be simple to fathom why that never happened.

Similarly, if you expected the money, but never worked for it or even did a vision exercise to try and help guide it along to your pocket, then you shouldn’t be too surprised at how much you really end up with.

At the end of the day, these are only things to consider.

Think of this as time spent investing in your future. In that regard, you are indeed working towards your goals. The true key is recognizing what constitutes as work towards your goal and what doesn’t serve you in your goals.

This is the real mystery of an illusion.

And so I leave this message tonight in your hands. After all, it is up to you to determine if what I said is real, or if it’s simply an illusion cast down by your conscious drive to accomplish your goals and succeed.

The answer is up to you.

A Channeled Message from Usui Sensei – The Inner Wisdom of Reiki

Very few knew before now that I have an active connection to Ascended Master Mikao Usui – Emanation of St. Germain.

We connected passively as I was at one point really intrigued with finding out as much as I could about the history of Reiki and the life of Mr. Usui. As time grew, he would come to me more frequently with insights into how I should run my practice.

We disagreed for quite some time and eventually, his voice would only come to me when I was to teach a new student or he was called to be more prominent in his attendance during an attunement.

Soon, I would hear nothing from him. I had almost forgotten how my deep connection was with him, but then, one day he came to me with a message to share with you all.

He insisted that I write it like this, and keep my own words short. So without anything further, I present to you…

The Inner Wisdom of Reiki A Channeled Message By: Master Mikao Usui

We live in a fragile world, full of many distant thoughts. Together, these thoughts have no distance. Through the Universal Life Force that exists in this world, including the ki of Space, we are all connected.

There is no limitation to the depths of a healer who has embraced these truths and has given their lives in devotion to the great deeds seen with less of a microscope…

If you are one such healer, then let your mind be still in this storm. Release worries as you were taught, and continue to do your work with Loving intent. In doing these things, you honor yourself. Be humble while you are present, and be kind to others.
In doing these things, you will exhume your inner peace, connecting more with the Reiki, the ki around us and within us. Continue to live as you expect, and you will not ever find a place beyond your means. Live as your Ki intends, and you will not ever find what would define your means.

Live in True Harmony My Friends.
