Manifesting The Muladhara Chakra’s Message

I have been pondering the Muladhara, or Root Chakra, for a few days now. As some of you may know, the Muladhara is what connects us to the Earth or Gaia. Essentially, it IS our root and essence as it is anchored to the earth.

Exploring the spiritual, mental, or emotional realms can lead to a great deal of achievement, but without tempering those lessons and achievements with respect for the forces at large, you can be lead to disappointment.

The kinds of forces that work around and within us both guide and direct our path in many ways, often unnoticed at times. Only when things begin to intensify, do we indefinitely direct our gaze towards such things as the house we live in or the food that we eat.

While it is a popular opinion that without the material needs of our world, we would be better people, it’s also impractical.

No matter how we choose to view the world outside of our mental space, our perception will always manifest a lesser reality. Even if we were to ascend from the physical plane, we would eventually begin to think of the mental space in the same way as we do the physical plane now.

Understanding this concept is the metaphorical key to manifesting the true message that lies within the Muladhara chakra.

As one of the more practical of our 7 main chakras, it’s much more than just an anchor.

In fact, it’s how we survive.

Without the Muladhara chakra’s connection to this world, we’d be unable to hold ourselves together or ground without our spinal column, legs, or feet.

Without its ability to process things that burden us, we wouldn’t get much use of our large intestine or rectum.

Without its ability to trigger our need to protect ourselves with an adrenal system, immune system or process poisons from our kidneys, we would really be in trouble.

That’s only physically speaking of the Muladhara Chakra.

Now, if you want to understand the Muladhara, it will take understanding the rest of its functions.

The Muladhara chakra teaches us to respect ourselves and our space.

It teaches us how to love ourselves and treat others.

It is our rock in a hard place, our shield to protect us from the hottest of flames.

It helps us release limiting beliefs and childhood traumas.

It helps to protect us from our first mistakes.

It shows us our physical feelings and guides our path to our next destination.

So, What’s the Message of the Muladhara Chakra?

Make it a point to be present within yourself, and acknowledge where you are in the now. It is possible to take personal inventory, while perceiving where you want to be in a way that is kind to yourself and those who share your space.

Placing uneven focus on current discomforts, future events, uncertainties, or complications may only lead to an imbalance or issue with you sense of well-being.

Instead, take the time you need to value yourself, your space, and everyone in your life as you exist in the physical plane.

From where you started, all the way to where you are in the now.

By meditating on these principles, the next steps may appear clearer in their nature and presence. By embracing these steps as simpler movement, your path moving forward will flow simpler in more peace.

If you ever feel the need to quickly balance your root chakra, simply visualize the color red, play a C note, or call upon Archangel Sandalphon or the Ishim (Angels closest to the affairs of the living).

If you are able, pick up or visualize holding the stones Agate, Black Tourmaline, Bloodstone, Garnet, Jasper, Ruby, Smokey Quartz, or any red stone. You may also use any grounding stone to assist with healing, clearing, aligning, or maintaining.

If you need help working with this chakra, I would be happy to assist with Reiki or Chakra Therapy Coaching Session.

Together, we can assess the root cause of any blockages or concerns that may need guidance or healing.

  1. If you live in Ottumwa Iowa, I’ll be attending a Yoga event for working on the Root Chakra and channeling Reiki during meditation. After, I’ll be around for a few minutes to answer your questions.
